Channel Management Workshops

This involves one day spent in your company where we work with all key members of staff involved in the management and support of your European sales channels. This may include members of sales, marketing, customer services, IT and operations.

Together we address the following questions:

  • If you had a " blank-page" what would the ideal channel structure be for your company and products? How would such a model compare with that or your competitors and how would your customers (existing / target) feel about such a structure?
  • Audit your present channel structures, assessing performance, identifying opportunities for improvement or change.
  • Outline industry best-practice when it comes to establishing, supporting and measuring the performance of channel partners. How can these be adapted and used by your company?
  • Define objectives and key tasks for establishing or improving your European sales channels.
